On Float Trips, we provide all customers floating the river with life jackets, a river bag, and paddles. Life jackets are NOT allowed to be used for tying your crafts together. All floating supplies provided must be returned at the end of the float.  Failure to return any of the items may result in additional charges.

Children under 16 are required to wear their provided life jacket at all times unless the child has his or her own jacket brought from home.

Float trips can be booked through the campground.  The trips launch from the beach at our campground and end at Bearcat Getaway.  It is approximately 7 miles.  We suggest you begin your float by noon.  Please make transportation arrangements upon booking the float trip.

All craft are due at Bearcat Getaway by 5:00pm or a $10.00 late fee will be charged.  If you pass the take-out point, a $20.00 fee will be assessed.  Please look for the sign at Bearcat Take Out.  It is on the left hand side of the river.
